Evan has been a pleasure to work with. I haven't found a property that works for me yet but I've been working with Evan for a while and have been impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. If he doesn't know a detail about a property, he'll find out and get back to you asap. He's also a genuinely nice individual and has made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend Evan.

Even though, Evan hasn't sold me anything he has been very helpful finding me contractors and service people to do necessary work on my home. I especially like his monthly market reports. It is helpful to know what the market is doing throughout the city.
