Brad was an amazing realtor, and I can't imagine working with anyone else. Buying a house is a stressful, agonizing process. He had thoughtful suggestions, patience with our deliberations, and was responsive in getting back to us either via email or text. While Brad toured houses with us, he pointed out inherent pros and cons of each house and neighborhoods we examined. So many times they were things we hadn't noticed. When we found the one we wanted, he had great suggestions on closing and how to move forward quickly and aggressively. He also was great in keeping in contact with the seller's agent. We're so happy we went with him, and we still can't believe this house is ours!

Brad is awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered so many questions we had! I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a property, especially as an investment. Just closed and already excited for our next investment property!

I bought my house with the intention of a live-in flip. I told Brad my idea and he ran. He was great. He gave me honest feedback on houses. Not surface level, oh these counters look great. But This house is going to make your margins tight. This piping is flaking, I would be looking at replacing this with Pex. I mean the guys a gem. He works hard, too. The house that I eventually ended up on was having a had a couple issues with moisture buildup in the bathroom. Being built in the 60s and having no fan, it was pretty dingy. Brad helped me remove mold out of the bathroom and even patched a hole on the ceiling. This in-turn ensured a smooth closing. I dont usually give long reviews, but this guy deserves one. He got me a great deal in a great location. Thank you, Brad. P.S. This guy makes one heck of handyman

Brad helped us find our first home and made the process as painless as possible. He is a great communicator and his knowledge/experience allowed us to have the answers that we needed to confidently navigate every step of the way. We are so grateful that we found him because he was so easy to work with from day one. He was very patient and listened to what we were looking for, even as our needs and requirements for our home changed. His honest/transparent input on each property was also greatly appreciated. He wanted to help us find something that we were going to love and he did. If youre looking for a realtor that cares about what you want and isnt just trying to quickly sell you a house, then we would HIGHLY recommend Brad! And when we look for our next house, we will definitely be working with Brad again.
