I have worked with a number of realtors in the past and Emily is by far the most superior. Let me explain why. First of all, she helped me get the house I wanted but that is not the whole of it. She is efficient and friendly. She always made herself available no matter the day or time, I could always reach her. She is funny and personable and assuaged a number of my anxieties as we went through the process. She explained everything without condescension and took the time to review multiple strategies in our deal-making and the pros and cons of each. I loved the way she spotted the aspects of a home that may be problematic and those that werent ..in other words, she was not there just to make a sale. Emily has helped with the after-move issues as well providing great referrals for jobs that need doing. All in all, I loved working with Emily and will refer her to all in need. She is, hands down, absolutely the best!
