Thanks for all that you are and all that you do Carly Van Aart. I treasure you for all the work you did to make my Portland dream a reality. My home is just perfect for me and the paws. Anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Metro Portland area or elsewhere in Oregon and Washington state, I cant recommend Carly highly enough. She is the real deal. Honest. Diligent. Hard working. Professional. Above reproach and a phenomenal advocate. Also a tremendous person who worked incredibly hard to negotiate not only a great deal for me, but get a number of issues that came up during the inspection period remedied and factored into the final agreement. Sewer, Radon and Drainage problems all addressed by the seller at their expense at Carlys insistence before closing. Bam!
