Patricia was an amazing agent from start to finish. Weve worked with a couple realtors in the past since we werent sure which state we wanted to move to (from California), and Patricia was by far the most supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. She helped me and my husband buy our first home in the neighborhood that we wanted, and it was a pretty sweet deal considering the market we were in! We are forever grateful for Patricia, and she is undoubtedly the best person to have on your side as a home buyer (or seller!). We plan on hiring her again when the time is right for us :)

Patricia (PK) was a blessing to our family. On August 23rd, 2022, our family found our forever home. PK worked tirelessly to find what worked for our family. She was kind, patient, informative and accommodating in every way. Even on days when I became frustrated with the process, PK was right there to calm my nerves. On signing day she met us at our new home with the keys and a surprise inside our new home (photo attached). We HIGHLY recommend Patricia Kirk!!!!!!

We met Patricia on 1/2/22 she helped us find our forever home after a back-up offer on a new build, to a low appraisal to finding a diamond in the rough transaction that is unheard of in the current real estate conditions in the midst of all this my father passed away. Between the anxiety we had from getting our offer's accepted and constant texting we did between us, her and the seller's team she was a trooper and constantly kept our nerves in check. If there was an award for the most patient realtor she definitely she would win that no questions asked. She also helped me find a realtor in New York for my father's property there, as well as became my realtor in selling his other property here in Portland in less than a month from listing to closing. If you want a down to earth, caring and compassion, organized, attention to detail, Jane of real estate / connections, and negotiating expert, Patricia has it all. I could've never ask for a better realtor turned friend these past 7 months. Thank you so much Patricia you are an amazing human being and literally one of the greatest realtor out there!
