We had a wonderful experience working with Marissa. We were not living in Portland at the time of the sale of our condo so it was important that we had a trustworthy agent. Marissa is that and so much more. Her honesty and integrity is refreshing and moreover she is highly knowledgeable. Marissa is a standout in her field, we would highly recommend!

Prior to working with Marissa, I had seen Realtors as little more than a necessary middleman. She has permanently changed my opinion. Our condo in the Pearl District was in a building where multiple units had sat for months, and dropped and dropped and dropped in asking price. By contrast, we had MULTIPLE offers within 48 hours and we received 5-figures OVER what I felt was a very fair asking price--which paid for her fee and then some. I literally didn't have to lift a finger once I filled out the initial paperwork in half an hour. You will instantly appreciate her immediate and direct communication style, and her photography and marketing of our unit was amazing. I would recommend Marissa to ANYONE looking to sell a condo in Portland, and I'm sure she is just as good as a buyer's agent.
