We met Britney at an open house when we were casually looking and we immediately liked her. She was not pushy but asked really good questions to get to know our family and what we were looking for. As we grew closer to looking seriously we reached out to Britney to see if she could help us. From the first call she was 5 steps ahead of the process. Britney took the time to explain what we could expect throughout the whole home buying process, got us in touch with an amazing lender and starting searching for properties that she thought fit our needs. When we found the house we wanted to buy Britney went to work all while keeping us informed the whole time. She made, what should have been a stressful process, very easy. Britney was able to navigate us through the offering process and educated us on our buying power. She did an amazing job with the negotiations and she got us our wonderful home for under list price, which is almost unheard of in the crazy Portland market. Britney is amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients. We will absolutely use her again when the time comes

We lucked into finding Britney when we first began looking for a home, and could not have been happier with our experience. Britney knows Portland and its surrounding areas extensively, and took the time to learn exactly what our needs were in a new home. She was respectful of our budget, was never hesitant to find more listings for us to see, and worked hard to research options that would work for us. My husband and I just bought our first home and we couldn't have had a better partner at our side than Britney. She is so good at her job, but even more than that, she really listens to and advocates for her clients. We met Britney at an open house early in our search and knew instantly that she was the agent for us.
