Last October we purchased a vacant lot to build a home on. Erin Perry is amazing. A couple of years ago when my grandmother passed away I found myself in the position of needing to find someone to help me sell her home. Erin was recommended to me and was fantastic. Fast response, completely attentive, professional, constantly took initiative and checked in with me, keeping me updated. She showed up at my grandmother's house when I was cleaning out the horde that was left, got her hands dirty, and helped clean the entire farm home. In a surprisingly short time she was able to sell the home. I will never work with anyone else other than her I can't recommend her enough. Truly fantastic.
