Jake is the man! Our house sold first day. We attempted to sell prior to meeting Jake, and the guy couldn't make anything happen for us. Jake came in, gave us advice about staging, got a real photographer in to take pics, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommended.

Jake was an incredible asset throughout the purchase process. He has his finger on the pulse when it comes to knowing make value - with each property we looked at selling for a price very close to his prediction. He also has a number of great contacts for contractors to help during and after the purchase process. We had a great experience with him and will definitely use his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone who asks!

I am (was!) a first-time homebuyer, and utterly unequipped for the task. As someone whose eyes glaze over just reading the water bill, the mountains of paperwork and procedure that come with buying a home were just overwhelming for me. Jake managed to make the entire process feel safe. He had so much knowledge about the ins and outs and places where things could go wrong, I never felt worried that I might miss something that would come back to bite me. I think one of the clearest demonstrations of Jake's character and professionalism is the nearly endless network of inspectors/contractors/lenders that he seems to have built over his career. For my home there was a pretty tight turnaround for getting inspections done. The market was white hot from the crazy low interest rates, so all the inspectors I reached out to were booked to the teeth. But of course, Jake had a colleague who was willing to go out on a limb, just to do Jake a favor, and ended up booking and performing the whole inspection in a 72-hour window, even coming on a weekend to do it. There's no way this inspector would have done this for me, but it was clear that he was happy to do it for Jake. If you're looking for someone who is thoughtful, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, someone who will genuinely share in your wins, and do everything he can to help you avoid the losses, look no further.
