I have sold the home with Cricket. The whole experience was very smooth and nicely organized. Cricket has sent in a wonderful home staging consultant that helped me prepare for the sale of my home. The pictures were scheduled right away which allowed us to take advantage of the last sunny day of the month. Communication was great throughout the sale and closing process and her team is amazing in keeping things on track. Highly recommend.

Cricket is very kind and very helpful! With us being first time homebuyers, she was very patient in explaining us the steps on how to find the perfect place and then actually buy it. Everyother place wouldn't even talk to us before we have a pre-approval letter and signed a contract. Cricket is also very easy to talk to and really listened to our questions and concerns. What a great experience so far - I look forward to working with Cricket.

I was recommended to her by a past home seller. I very much regret this decision. First home was pretty bad but I wanted to continue viewing. She went outside and said she would wait for me. Didn't want to continue the tour. I expected her to at least finish and possibly answer some questions. No she was unwilling. Second home had a bid deadline. Before I put in an offer, I asked for guidance on a best offer and how to potentially win the bid against other buyers. She answered my question with "how much do you feel comfortable with?" That did not answer my question. I asked to put in a bid the night before the deadline, but she did it just hours before. Not acceptable. Ultimately my bid was significantly under the winner. Last home I looked at online, asked for a viewing, she told me quite bluntly she was busy watching a TV show (seriously!), and told me to go to the area first, if I like it, let her know and we will have a viewing the next day. So apparently watching TV is more important than her job. She was late to every viewing. ALL of them. I hired a broker who is more professional, answered my questions, stayed in touch, and was on time. This person made the sale and did a much better job. Maybe your experience will be better, but based what on the few viewings, and the "I don't care" attitude I felt, will never use or recommend her again.
