I had an amazing experience with our realtor Zachary King. I was looking to buy a vacation home in a new city and needed a realtor who knew the ins and outs of the area. Zach was the realtor for us. Very down to Earth, knows the Portland and surrounding areas inside and out. Was always available and explained everything to us along the way. We didn't have to worry about a thing through the entire process. He handled it all with ease. We felt he represented us with our best interests in mind. Would recommend Zach highly to anyone.

OK, I gotta say that Zach is the best agent we have ever had. This isnt our first time around the buying and selling game but, by far the easiest. Zach was always there to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and help us in every way possible. He was very quick to respond and communicate everything that was happening, every step of the way.The stress level that normally goes with buying and selling real-estate was nonexistent. His advice along with his knowledge of Portland had offers on the table even before listing, along with an amazing sale price. Zach is not only our agent but a close friend as well. Zach is our guy from now on. He understands the difficulties of todays market and is amazing at resolving any issue that may arise. All of his recommendations helped us to get the absolute best price on our house. He has the skills to negotiate with others and to guide you through the oftentimes stressful process of buying or selling a house.
