Out of 5 stars...6! Adam worked with me in a very difficult situation. I have had MANY other real estate agents try to give me advice on the property that I owned and was selling. Adam was diligent in computing the actual value of the home (which was extremely difficult). Adam's assessment was mocked by others, etc. At appraisal time, Adam was 100% correct! He was absolutely correct, and he raised the values of the other properties because they were undervalued. There were agents soon after contacting him to find out what their properties might be worth. I can't thank Adam enough, his calm demeanor, and his expertise in the matter got me what the property was worth. He went ABOVE and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible from an artistic flair to attract buyers in the video, to staging, all the way to closing. I would have lost out on almost a year's salary if I listened to anyone else but him. Thank you, Adam! VERY highly recommended!

Adam Davis held my hand throughout the process of finding and buying a home. His expertise was invaluable in helping me to make the right decision and he always told me if it doesn't feel right, we'll keep looking. It's been a year since I moved into the house I bought and he has reached out during that time to see how I'm doing in the house and if he can help with anything. REALLY!! Who does that once they make the sale. It wasn't like I was going to refer a lot of people to him. I work from home and being newly transplanted didn't have any friends. LOL But seriously, give him a call and take a great ride with him to find your forever home.
