Ptra was fantastic! She was an incredible help for us, coming from Europe, to find the right house for our family. She gave us very good advice, shared her expertise, was always on hand and extremely patient. We felt very well looked after and can highly recommend Ptra and Think Portland.

I sold my house recently and Petra Anderson was my real estate agent. Petra was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and hardworking. She was instrumental in not only getting me a good price for my house but well over asking price. I had planned on doing a few things to the house to fix it up before putting it on the market and she guided me in all the right directions. She advised me to do a few things I would not have thought to do and advised me on materials and designs she knew would get me higher offers... and multiple offers. She was spot on with everything she anticipated and in the end she made me an extra 20% on the sale. I've bought and sold homes before and this was the best experience I've had with a realtor, will use her again to buy my next house.

Petra is WONDERFUL! I came to her with a tight timeline, specific needs and wanted to buy a home ASAP! She was super accommodating, TRULY LISTENED to me and what I needed and sent me over dozens of suitable listings. She walked me through via FaceTime on day 1 and day 2 I went to tour places in person and we found THE ONE :) She is calm, collected, friendly and easy to work with - she took a very volatile time in my life and made it totally doable! She's also a fantastic human and I'm fortunate to now call her a friend!
