Piper was awesome through every step of the process! We had a unique situation where the closing took 3+ months due to a 'break' in the title and it was out of our hands. Piper kept us informed and updated as we waited. She provided contact info for specific questions (for example verifying with the title company the title issues), but also found us great bids for the bigger projects we would be facing once we closed on the house. She has a great wealth of resources who are professional, personable and affordable. Piper is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive as we made this huge decision. Most importantly Piper and her resources are LGBTQ+ friendly! We would absolutely use her again as well as refer her to friends and family.

Piper is AMAZING. We talked to a few realtors, and she was the obvious choice. We only had two weeks to look at houses, and she did a great job finding houses to show us in those two weeks. She worked with our schedule and helped us find our new home! After we purchased our home, she gave us recommendations for contractors to work on our roof and sewer and helped us get multiple quotes. Piper helped us work towards making our house more of a home. Piper is amazing! :)
