Regina helped me with a huge and complicated sale where she was the realtor for both the sale of my home of 32 years along with the purchase of a new home/farm in a new county. Regina was skilled at negotiating both sides of the deals and getting me the highest price for the sale of my home along with the lowest price for the purchase of my new place. Regina was detailed oriented and incredibly on top of things. Never once did I have to ask or wait for paperwork, emails, contacts, deadlines, documents, etc. She was adept at explaining everything to me as we went along. Regina made sure I understood the laws, inspection reports, comps, market trends, etc., basically everything that could possibly come up for me, Regina had me in the know. Regina helped us find the perfect house for our family. In the competitive market we were buying in, her negotiating with the seller moved us to the front of the line and we will forever be grateful for her efforts. From the beginning, she listened closely to our needs and desires for a home. She was very generous with her time, always ready and wanting to see more houses with us. Regina was very helpful during walk through visits giving us ideas about layouts, designs, remodels, repurposing, etc. She knew what to look for when visiting potential homes and what questions to ask the seller. As first time home buyers this was extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process, Regina was accessible and responsive over text, email, and phone. She was great to work with and we would highly recommend her.

Gina is an outstanding realtor - she helped us buy, then sell our home in Portland...at a distance! She got exactly what we were looking for, and never wasted our time. When it came time to put in an offer, she told us exactly what to do to win, at a time when multiple offers were competitive...and we won! When it came time to sell, she got the house ready, and negotiated firmly--and always kindly--with the buyer, so that we got what we needed. Gina always made us felt cared for.
