First of all, Nathan found us a house that was a little out of our search parameters, but it ended up being amazingly perfect. Next, was selling our old house. He gave us good advice on how to prepare, and then jumped into action and went above and beyond what we expected. For both transactions, he coordinated so many aspects of inspections, repairs and made many trips to meet vendors and hold open house's. In all interactions, he displayed honesty, integrity and compassion. I was extremely confident in his ability to help us and Im not sure what we would have done without him. Nate was great to work with! Overall, it was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Nate was great!!! He was very informative and honest. Made the stress of buying a house very tolerable. Showed me and my wife probably 100 houses and was very patient. The next house we buy I am going to have Nate the great by my side. During the whole process never did I feel like just another commission.

Nathan was absolutely amazing! I honestly do not have a bad word to utter. He really took the time to listen and understand our wants and needs. He even took the time to learn about and meet our kids to really grasp our lives and to factor in the surrounding area for their futures. He delved into the confusing mumbo-jumbo and explained them brilliantly to us and for us. He was very honest with his feelings about every place we looked at and how it would make sense for our particular family. Never once did we feel like just a payday to him. He worked with our crazy and often times inflexible timeframes as well....with a smile. Buying a home without Nathan in your corner, would be ridiculous! Thank you for everything Nathan!
