It was a real pleasure to work with Jay on our recent home purchase. At first, we werent sure of which neighborhood or type of house we were looking for, and Jay was very patient, listening to our preferences and taking us to house tours to help us better understand what we wanted. He also does the research ahead of each house tour and will follow up quickly on any questions we have. Jay is extremely responsive (within minutes for a text or call), despite the many questions we have, and will make himself available after hours, sometimes to visit homes on very short notice. As our home was a new build, Jay was great at checking in on the progress of the house and keeping us updated. I would highly recommend Jay!

Like many others my wife and I were having difficulty finding a home not to mention a real estate agent who wasnt just trying to close the sale. Jay made the home buying process as easy as it could be in this crazy market. He listened to what we were looking for in a home and made sure it lined up with our vision. Any reference he connected us to was very friendly and also very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who doesnt want to get steamrolled by a real estate agent, or just has a lot of questions as a new buyer.

Jay was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is incredibly responsive and completely on top of all of the aspects of the process of buying a home. The Portland market is ridiculously competitive and we had a very specific type of property in mind. Jay did everything needed to make sure our bid won out on the property we ultimately found. He was available nights and weekends - whenever was needed to see a property or turn a form around. I strongly recommend Jay as a buyer's agent. Throughout the whole time we were looking seriously (7 months!), he provided top-shelf professional service, great advice and friendly wisdom. As a former Intel employee, I've come to really value people who "own" a process and leave you with a feeling of confidence that you have nothing to worry about. I trusted Jay 100% to do a fantastic job representing us as buyers, and he did. Five stars.
