I cant recommend Mollie enough for all your realtor needs. We have used Mollies services for purchasing two homes and for each experience Mollie went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were getting a quality home. She was incredibly quick to respond to all of our questions and would dig deeper and think of things to consider that we hadnt even thought of. She helped to make sure we got a great deal while also making sure our offers were competitive. If something was unclear in disclosures or on the inspection report, she would research to get to the bottom of it and make sure we were totally clear on what the issues were. Mollie is friendly, knowledgeable and very hardworking. She was with us every step of the way from our initial inquiries all the way to signing. We will definitely be using her services for any home buying/selling in the future!

Mollie has been my realtor for years. She is an absolute joy to work with. I have referred her to many family members & friends over the years. There are a number of facets that set Mollie apart from other realtors: -She has an eagle eye for things that other realtors don't look for ('boring' things that you wouldn't think about... like permits, roofing, cracks in the foundation, oil tanks etc etc) -She is highly protective of her clients and takes great responsibility in ensuring the home is the right fit. She will fight tooth and nail for you -She comes with a wealth of knowledge, not just about homes/housing in general, but also the greater Portland area. She is a Portland native and knows so much about every pocket of Portland -She has an incredible community of people she works with/ refers- from inspection companies to mortgage brokers to title companies, all of whom excel in their respective fields and have been so helpful even years after I have closed on a house. This biggest downfall is once you close... and you don't get to see her as much!
