Tarah Pond sold my house. Tarah is very good at her job. It began the day that we first met to discuss whether I should consider selling my house in this economy, in the Autumn and with people living in it. Tarah saw where the house fit in the market and how it could be presented well and in line with those and other concerns that I had. Through the whole process of finding buyers and then selecting the best offer, getting through the inspections and negotiations and completing the sale, Tarah knew what to do, and she did it well. No doubt about it Tarah is a skilled professional. But there was more going on during the two months from the initial interview to the closing, more than the mechanics of selling a house. Tarah explained what I needed to do at each stage of the preparation, how to get the house and yard ready for the photographer, then for the showing and finally for the inspections. She calmed concerns about people in for photographs, for the showing and for inspections. Tarah rescheduled the showing to coincide better with our schedules. Tarah had a very light touch when it was time for me to make decisions. I trusted her advice and appreciated how she talked me through pros and cons until I was informed enough to be happy that I was making good decisions. On the occasions when I suggested an alternative, Tarah readily implemented my suggestion. My point is that Tarah is exactly the kind of person to guide someone like me through the whole experience of selling my home of 26 years.
