Kevin helped us buy a home in Portland a couple of months ago, and we recommend him without reservation. He's very familiar with Portland's many diverse neighborhoods, and continually and freely shared his insight and observations, supported by plenty of comps and market research. We were very picky in choosing our new home, yet he showed endless patience, indulging our many requests to accompany us on showings. He was very receptive to how we wanted him to work with us - he was never pushy or overzealous to make the sale and move on. In the couple of times in our search when it seemed like our new home just wasn't out there, he backed off and gave us the time and space we needed to regroup, yet was right there, ready to get back to work with us when we let him know. We're very glad that the whole process is now over, but Kevin helped us tremendously with knowledge and experience, and in the process was pleasant, funny, and upbeat.
