My partner and I recently moved to Portland from out of state, and while we were really excited, we weren't sure how successful we'd be in the house hunt. Paul (and his realty partner, Seth) have an awesome YouTube channel that we looked at and realized how informed and helpful they could be! And that was certainly true...Paul listened to our must-haves and nice-to-haves, all while making sure we were comfortable at every step. Paul was super helpful in scheduling and taking us to see houses, and we immediately trusted his professional opinion. Any question we had, Paul would answer in detail, giving us the best chance to make an informed decision, especially being new to this part of the country. We met Paul through YouTube. His helpful videos made it seem as if we already knew him. He worked with us throughout our search to find our vacation home on the Oregon coast. He always responded quickly to our questions and concerns as well as visiting various homes we were interested in. He also showed us the home through Zoom calls. He was so very easy to work with and he was able to answer questions about the specific areas we were targeting. If we ever have to look for another home on the Oregon coast, we are calling Paul. We totally recommend him for finding your happy place on the Oregon coast.

Paul did a stellar job helping us buy our dream luxury home and sell our other home. He really goes above and beyond in all aspects. I was impressed by his knowledge and he did a perfect job pricing and negotiating on both the purchase and sale side of things. He's creative, an excellent problem solver, and quick to resolve issues in the in the selling and buying processes. His communication could not have been better; he is super fast to respond, welcomes all questions, and is just a friendly, honest and professional guy to work with. Moving, while exciting, can be one of the more stressful things we do in life. Paul executed the sale and purchase of our homes perfectly despite some tricky circumstances and made it a very smooth process for us. I had to admit to him after it was all done that I even missed it a little bit because he was so enjoyable to work with. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Paul Clem. Now that we're settled in our dream home, we look forward to working with him in the future for buying a vacation home.

I came across one of Pauls YouTube videos on moving to the Oregon Coast when I was considering moving up here. I reached out to him prior to my decision and we kept in touch all throughout my Mrs and my transition of jobs, sale of our home in California to our purchase of our house here on the coast. He really knows his job and does it well. He went out of his way on several occasions to view homes for us both in person and FaceTime when we couldnt be there in person to see the houses we were interested in. When we found the one we wanted he did everything in his realtor wheelhouse to make everything on our end effortless. Hes very professional and yet made us feel like we were working with a friend. We are going to have him help us with my parents move up here from Arizona. I would highly recommend Paul for any and all Realestate needs.
