Cassandra helped us find our home while we were 1000 miles away. She was literally our boots on the ground. Cassandra spent a lot of time discussing our wants and needs in a home in order to help us find the perfect place. She was always available and wouldnt hesitate to jump in her car and show us a home via FaceTime. We truly appreciate Cassandras hard work.

Cassandra Davison was our Real Estate Agent in selling two properties, and in purchasing one, all in the span of about a year. We partnered with Cassandra Davison on our recent North Portland home sale and purchase of a new home in Tigard and we could not have been happier with both processes. She was a strategic guide, helping us navigate through making sure we presented our house well - by bringing in a staging consultant for recommendations and another to provide us with the touches that took it to the next level in photos and in person. She went above and beyond by including this in her service. Cassandra picked out bathroom light fixtures and potted flowers and brought them to the house when we were crazy with all of the other preparations and details. It is truly all of the extra details and knowing that she had our backs every step of the way that makes her stand out. Cassandra has been equal parts consultant, therapist, confidante, designer, negotiator, filter and friend throughout this process. We could not have done it without her! She encouraged us and gave us reality checks, went to bat for us on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Our house went pending in a 6 days and she negotiated the purchase of our new home in less than 12 hours. It was a huge relief to know that Cassandra had our backs all the way through. We have been in our home for 18 years, so to say that we were rusty on this process is an understatement. She was always available for even the smallest (dumbest) of questions and made us feel like we were her only clients. Yikes. What a gem! I can't speak more highly of her. Just hire her. Period. You won't regret it.
