I dont know how we were so lucky to get Amber as our realtor, but she was in it to win it for my gf and me. Were I to be looking to buy or sell a home in the future, I would definitely contact Amber first thing.

I cannot say enough good things about Amber. She was my agent when buying my first home. She was so easy to work with. She guided me step by step in a clear way through the whole process. She was so thorough and a delight to work with I highly recommend her.

Amber is extremely helpful and quick to respond. She works hard to make sure your needs are met throughout the home buying process. She showed us multiple houses over multiple days and was very patient as we decided what we needed. She helped negotiate and continued to check in with us after the sale to make sure we had everything we need. We will use her on any future purchases and would recommend her to friends and family.

My experience with Amber as the listing agent was appalling. She conveniently "forgot" about my scheduled visit with my agent to view the house, all the while accepting an offer below asking price. When that offer fell through, she assured us she would "hold" the listing, but instead, she relisted the property and showed it to other buyers. Throughout the offer process, she disregarded timelines and repeatedly delayed proceedings. Even after the offer was accepted, her disorganization and lack of responsiveness persisted. She neglected to communicate repair negotiations to the seller for days. The last straw came when she finally delivered her copies of the house keys a week and a half after closing, along with a folder of information she claimed she didn't have during negotiations. Despite her social media activity celebrating the closing, she failed to fulfill her basic responsibilities. Amber Roland's conduct was disorganized, unresponsive, and potentially deceitful. My advice: steer clear.
