Tim has helped us through the process of two home purchases and one sale. In addition to his responsiveness, knowledge of the market, understanding of code requirements and practical knowledge of building construction and systems, one of the things we most appreciate is that he takes the time understand our desires, needs and challenges in a way that helps us make the best decisions throughout the process of buying and selling. Tims skills get 5 stars: In 4 days his marketing of a 4-plex property listed by my niece brought in multiple offers and the property closed in under 40 days. My niece is beyond pleased with Tims representation of her interests: Tim is the best agent I could have ever had. I second my nieces statement! Per her very busy work schedule I did some of the "go'fr" work for my niece. Hence, I had numerous contacts with Tim. If I was buying or selling in the Portland market I would "say" only work with Tim!! Tim knows the local market, is strategic, keeps the seller in the info loop, follows up, is timely, makes suggestions, discusses issues and options. He is also warm, polite, intelligent and trustworthy handling a clients personal information and situation.

Tim is one of the most efficient realtors I've known. Not only did he help me buy a property which was incredibly competitive but he also helped me with advice on renting it out later. He has a wealth of resources and is an incredibly kind human being. If you do work with him, be sure to ask him about all the things he's involved in - a very interesting person. He is efficient and transparent and honest. He will get back to you right away, he will overcome and hangups in a deal, and he knows the Portland market like nobody else.
