I'm so extremely pleased with Derek and his company's work. We were unsure of how and when to sell; and he was there every step with suggestions & guided us through the whole process. His communication was prompt and professional. The help, roofing and painting he suggested, did a great job. He was patient, and at the same time, when necessary, persistent with us and made things happen. And he physically helped us prep on picture day! I highly recommend him for your house selling or buying needs. He truly cares about you and your house. We had a particularly tough time crunch at the end - due to our own delays- and we ended up w/ hundreds of looks online, 16 showings, and 4 offers in 5 1/2 days. We closed soon after. And this through the holiday season and a planned vacation on his part during which he was still indispensable! My thanks and gratitude. I can't say enough wonderful things.
