Kim helped us buy our first home here in Portland. Her humor, deep knowledge of the market, and values were what convinced us that she would be the perfect guide to this somewhat scary journey. Kim is an amazing realtor! She helped us in so many ways, as we were out of town sellers. She was efficient and always responded immediately. She is very well connected and knows everyone in the business, from staging companies, to banks, to HOA connections and title companies I could go on and on, and she even helped with coordinating the movers. Our condo had a full price offer within a day, and we closed very quickly in less than a month! Kim goes above and beyond when it comes to getting the sale accomplished!!

Kim helped our family successfully find our dream home in a very tight and competitive Portland market. At the time, the norm was multiple offers above asking price, cash swoops, and waiving inspections and other terms, making it feel impossible and intimidating to get in. How would we find a house that met all of our needs, was within our budget, and not compromise key values like an inspection prior to purchase? We needed a partner like Kim to make it happen. From the onset, Kim took time to sit down and do some deep listening around our goals, needs, and wants. By asking great questions throughout the process and bringing her many years experience and expertise in this market, she also helped us become resolved around what was most important and what we actually were willing to compromise on. Through the ups and downs of our three months of looking, there was never any pressure to settle. Kim was a confident anchor and assured us that in the end, we would find the house we belonged in. Home buying can be emotional and we needed this kind of leadership to help us stay the course and not become discouraged, especially after our first offer was not accepted. Our patience paid off. As soon as we stepped onto the property of our current home, we knew it was the one for us. But even so, given how tight the market is, we needed an all-star like Kim who knew how to write an offer that would win. A year later, we are so happy we didnt jump at the first house that caught our eye and instead decided to have the trust and confidence to hold out for what we really wanted. Kim was an excellent agent to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, full of ideas, and great to work with. She is not pushy, but keeps you on track with your purchase deadlines and or sale. She is organized and she doesn't take on too much to where you can't get a hold of her or schedule a time to meet. She really is on your side and wants the best for her client. I will defiantly work with here again in the future!
