My Wife and I had the best experience buying our first investment property with David! It went so well we went back to David and bought our second investment property the same year. David is very knowledgeable of the current market in the Greater Portland area and guided us to the best neighborhoods. He performed above and beyond , walking us through every step of the way. I met David for coffee back in 2019 to start the conversation around purchasing my first home, I had no idea what the process would look like or where to start. David provided a clear picture, answered so many of my questions, had amazing resources to put me in touch with to connection getting the process started and was extremely patient and knowledgeable through the entire process. In Oct 2020 he helped me find my perfect first home. We stayed in touch over the years, anytime I had questions or just wanted to pick his brain on the market he was available and ready to chat. In November of 2024 David helped me and my husband purchase our dream home in Northwest Portland where we had always wanted to get back to. I cant emphasize David's patience and commitment to making sure we were comfortable with everything throughout the process. Purchasing a home is an extremely stressful time in ones life and having someone like David who truly has your back throughout the process makes it much easier. I couldn't recommend David enough.
