Chris Cook

I had worked with Chris before (in a different field) so I had seen his strong and committed work ethic in action, which made picking him to help me sell my childhood home a no-brainer. I would consider the sale of my house a tricky situation, but with him and his team around him assisting every step of the way, we were able to get WAY OVER asking, which is more than I ever dreamed. I was tight on money and there was a lot of work to be done on the home, but he helped me prioritize and figure out what was important and a must and what could wait. He went above and beyond and has been professional the whole way through. The communication is amazing and he would just call to check in as well. There are not enough stars here for the amount of gratitude I feel having Chris as my realtor. 100/10 stars!

We really enjoyed working with Chris throughout the entire home buying process. Chris was born and raised in Portland so knows the neighborhoods and greater area extremely well. We had a lot of fun looking at a variety of homes that met our search criteria, and benefited greatly from Chris' input and research about each property we viewed. After a few months we decided on a very cool home that was just right for us. Chris handled the process thoroughly so we did not have to worry about every single detail or step. Instead, he communicated it all to us, and walked us through the home inspection, any repair addendums, communicated with our loan agent, coordinated with our closing agent, met us at the final walk-through, attended our closing and handed us our new keys. Chris made the entire journey interesting and fun. He is also a super cool and trustworthy person, which always shined through each step along the way.

Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure. Chris facilitated the purchase of my fianc and my first home. During our time working with him we experienced an incredible home buying process. He was working around the clock at all hours to ensure every piece of the transaction was done as promptly as possible. Chris has an extensive level of knowledge that showed throughout our home buying process. We truly felt that we were in the best hands and our needs were exceeded throughout this experience. Working with Chris was a wonderful experience. As a first time home buyer, Chris made me feel at ease and walked me through every single step.
