We have worked with Michael for 10 years. In our four real estate transactions he has been a pillar to lean on. He knows the market and what to expect whether buying or selling. He was able to direct us to a lender who was easy to work with and available when we needed them. He knew the right package to put together for the seller to get us the house we wanted. I grew up in Portland, but have been gone for the last 10 years. I had been hearing a lot of horror stories about the Portland market and the city has changed so much since I left so I was feeling a little uneasy about jumping in. I was preparing for the worst in terms of getting into the market, but my experience could not have been any better. My experience of working with Michael could not have been further from my expectation of the Portland real estate market. Working with Michael was refreshing and he was able to guide me in this uncharted territory of home buying in a very competitive market. Hes very pragmatic in the way he works and is responsive all the way through the process. I hope to be in a position to work with Michael again and would absolutely recommend him, whether as a first time home buyer or as an investor.
