Hope is the best. She got my place ready for market super-fast and made it look great for the market. When it comes to negotiations and "playing the game," her long experience and practicality make sure the deal is both fair and optimally priced. Think's service team makes it all easy. I have now done 5 different deals with Hope and wouldn't use anyone else.

Best realtor in town, hands down. Hope was amazing at making our first home purchase an absolute pleasure. She listened attentively to our needs and wishes, and was fantastic at not "dressing up" a few properties we saw and gave her honest opinions which were informed by her considerable expertise in everything home related, from neighborhood info to maintenance and electrical. She was even kind enough to watch our dog while we toured a few pet-free homes. Up to and even after closing, Hope and her team were amazingly helpful and responsive to all of our needs she was even able to recommend contractors for the maintenance required. We could not be happier!
