Ginger is the best! Her & Jacob made this experience as a first-time home buyer so much easier than I could have ever imagined. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we were on the same page. They were available at whatever hours needed! We worked together to come up with a list of potential homes, and they took care of everything from there. We strategized for each offer, and nailed it! It didn't take long before we were able to purchase without going above listing value by being on top of it. Our entire process ended up taking about 30 days from start to finish, from first going to an open house to having a home! Just got the keys this week!
