Chris helped us buy a house in Portland in Mar of 2023. She helped us navigate a complex market, was sensitive to our many requirements, and was instrumental in finding potential problems with the new home. She even worked with the seller to negotiate a fair price given the few issues she uncovered because she recommended a couple additional inspections. She also went above and beyond so we went into the sale fully informed. She is an amazing person and really superior agent. I wouldnt work with anyone else but her in the future. She also helped my daughter and son-in-law buy their first and second homes. AND she had vegan snacks for us when we were on house tour trips!

We can't imagine buying a home without Chris. She walked us through every part of the process as first-time home buyers. With each home we looked at, she could almost instantly highlight the best features of the house along with those that could be problems. Chris always had our interests at heart in all of our negotations. She is truly an amazing person and real estate agent. You can't find a better person or team (talking about you Jesse)!
