Joel was an incredible RE agent. He prioritizes his clients - not the sale of a home. I felt this through the countless questions I asked and all the homes we went to look at - whether for reconnaissance or actual interest. He really recognizes the emotional experience of buying/selling a home and brings a lucid mindset when navigating a tough market. He was always honest and incredibly communicative throughout the process. He even took additional steps to help us understand and gather information about city-owned alleyways. As a first time home buyer, I couldnt be more grateful for my experience with Joel.

As first time home buyers expecting to have to wait at least a year or more to buy a house, we reached out to Joel to get an idea of what we needed to get in order to start the process. Joel was extremely helpful in explaining the process and helping us evaluate our needs in alignment with our goals. He also suggested we speak with Cat Jerger or Academy Mortgage who was also extremely helpful! This team was so excellent in hearing our needs and desires, and taking the time to explain EVERYTHING to us. Turns out that instead of waiting to buy a house, we were able to buy a condo and get a head start on building equity and avoid the mad housing market. The process must have been one of the smoothest in history and we owe it all to Joel and his team!
