We worked with Melissa to buy our first home this year, and she also worked with my parents to buy their retirement home. I can't say enough good things about her! We were dealing with a very tough market for buyers, and Melissa stayed on top of market behaviors and helped us understand what we needed to do to be competitive. She never pressured us to consider something that didn't feel like the right fit, and we always felt like she was 100% on our side and had our best interests top of mind. She was very knowledgeable about Portland neighborhoods and also had tons of great advice for renovating or fixing up properties, and set us up with several reputable contractors once we did close on our house. I was nervous about making such a big commitment as a first time buyer, but Melissa made the whole process way less scary, more manageable, and more fun! She really cares about her clients and I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone.
