Devin has been instrumental in offering guidance as I prepare my home to sell. We had a walk through of my home, and he showed me where I can maximize spaces in each room, and how to correct any imperfections that caught his eye. He showed a gallery of pictures in my budget that I could refer to, to update any rooms. Sensitive to my concerns with budget and time, Devin was thorough and a list was created to complete my task of preparing my home for sale. Pleasant, attentive, and accessible.
