We really loved working with Jasmine. She is as patient as they come. She really took the time to consider our questions and concerns, and gave us thoughtful, comprehensive answers. Jasmine was able to connect us with local businesses to get bids so we could bring as much information to the table as possible. She is a fantastic communicator and checked in with us often so we always knew what was happening at each and every step. Jasmine made us feel safe and empowered throughout the home buying process. We have our home now, and we still ask her questions because we value her knowledge and opinion. Overall, Jasmine really advocated for us. We appreciate her immensely for helping us feel comfortable to navigate this very stressful process. Now we really just want to be friends with Jasmine because shes so cool.

Jasmine is the sort of realtor who is uncommonly diligent, experienced, smart, patient, communicative, and socially/emotionally intelligent. Real estate transactions are quite a game (in the US at least) and you need someone who can work with you as a team to navigate not just the legal, financial, and local market mechanics, but also the human parts that all stakeholders bring to the table. Jasmine is this realtor. And thanks to Jasmine, looking back, I've largely forgotten the inevitable annoying parts of house hunting and instead look back with happy memories.

Jasmine gave us the confidence, resources, and individualized attention we needed to purchase a home in an unfamiliar place. She made the process so much easier than we anticipated with her attention to detail, handling scheduling, and her vast amount of connections in the home ownership arena. It was helpful that she's familiar with the neighborhoods in Portland and the surrounding area. We are so grateful that she was always patient with us, and happy to answer questions. She also had a great eye for items we may have overlooked when choosing our right home. She helped us from out-of-state, transitioning in state, and then purchasing in state. Jasmine was absolutely phenomenal in helping us find our first home and guiding us through the home buying process. She is super knowledgeable and also a very kind and caring human. I would give 10 stars if I could!
