From assessing, listing, staging, advising, she was hands on and proved her value in many ways. She made me and my family feel important to herand its still the case We sold our condo in 4 days for a good price, and gained a true friend!

I couldnt have asked for a better realtor! This was my first time selling a home and Mimi made the process so simple and easy for me! She was also very helpful in every way! She showed up and helped paint and clean. She helped me find contractors to help fix the things that needed to be fixed. She handled most everything and the process was quick and smooth!

Mimi helped sell my elderly father's home as he was unable to continue to live on his own . She was absolutely phenomenal. She had great knowledge of the local market and guided us through the process in a stress-free and professional way. I live out of state, so was unable to be there with my dad for most of the selling process. We got him moved out, and then Mimi took over, getting the place cleaned and staged, taking pictures, communicating with the HOA, etc. She even offered to go with the notary for my dad to sign all closing documents - going totally above and beyond what is normally the practice for a realtor. We are so grateful to Mimi for helping make this somewhat stressful transition so much easier for my dad, and also for me. Id give her 10 stars if I could!

5 stars doesnt come close to capturing my experience with Mimi. I could not have been happier with Mimi as my realtor. On my house-hunt, I had a lot of ideas about what kind of house might work for me and I looked at countless houses, waiting to "know it when I saw it" for the exact right house appeared. I was absolutely confident that Mimi wasnt thinking about *anything* other than finding the house that was exactly right for me. Mimi is patient, client-focused, honest, super knowledgeable and professional. I cant imagine going through this process without her advice and counsel. Mimi is really a gem. She is such a kind and thoughtful person. She made the chore of house hunting downright enjoyable! I wholeheartedly recommend Mimi and will never use another realtor!
