Desiree was a great choice for us with the buying and selling if a home in the same timeframe. She is super responsive and had some great resources when it came to getting our home of 16 years prepped for the market. She is an experienced realtor from Portland and really understands the housing market in the metro area. Desiree had some great insights for us when we were house hunting last year right when the market was starting to shift. We would highly recommend her!

Desiree is such a joy and pleasure to work with. She values all of her clients and is very responsive. I never felt like she didn't hear us and she always communicated on a regular basis. She does her homework and is very knowledgeable about the Portland area. Desiree immediately made us feel like family and she took great care of us. Our experience with Desiree was nothing short of exceptional. As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I were understandably nervous about the process, especially given the rising interest rate environment we were in. But from the moment we met Desiree, we felt completely at ease. Desiree is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, but she is also honest, kind, and caring. Throughout the extensive multi-month process, she perfectly balanced advocating for our interests and educating us as first-time homebuyers. Buying my second property with Desiree was the best experience I ever had in this processes. Here are some of the best qualities about Desiree that sets her apart from the other realtors: She listens to every detail and makes notes, she asks questions for clarity, she gives you the details and allows you time and space to think and review without pressure,..... these are important qualities in a person helping you when making such a big financial decision. She has extensive financial understanding in addition to real estate background, she has a magazine publication that is so highly helpful to any home owner in all aspects of living, she is infectiously friendly and makes you feel all will be well. She found exactly what I was looking for and in a perfect location and on time. I highly recommend Desiree for anyone buying or selling their home or Condo.
