Another successful transaction with Dave Woody at NextHome Realty - this is my 3rd with him! As always, Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive and has a very positive and calm demeanor. And did I mention patient, too?! With his knowledge of the latest market trends, surrounding area, and sources of contractors -- he offered strategies in a realistic and concise manner. He followed through every step of the process with clear and prompt communication. What normally would be a stressful process was as easy and streamlined as possible.
