Deb is amazing! She stuck with us through a difficult process to sell, and then helped us find a house that is a great fit. She took care of every aspect, patiently explained everything, and gave us lots of great info to consider. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Deb is absolutely amazing. We had difficulty with our lender and Deb refused to let us get taken advantage of or let down. We wanted extra testing done, she made it happen. She managed our expectations so we didnt go looking at things we couldnt have, but helped us find the best we could for the budget we had. She cares about our homebuying experience, we were a team and she was the quarterback, linebacker, and kicker. Really cannot recommend enough. Deb will take care of you.

I may be biased since I know her outside of Realty, but she was very helpful in answering our questions, going to bat for us, and mostly importantly, ASKING the questions that we didn't know we should ask.

My partner and I were out of state buyers in Portland in late 2022, and Deb made the process as smooth as can be, completely eliminating all anxiety and hiccups during the process. She went to great lengths to make us feel welcome, informed, and comfortable asking "dumb" questions that new buyers often have. We made a few trips to Portland to see houses in person, and Deb completely oriented her entire schedule around us to give us the time and space we needed to make an informed decision. She made sure to note things that we, as first time buyers, may not have noticed; we were continually impressed by her wealth of knowledge, seemingly having dealt with every issue or concern and putting us at ease that it will all be okay (it was all okay). Never once did we feel rushed or pressured into a decision, the whole process was about finding exactly what would make us happy, not about what would make a bigger payday. We will absolutely work with Deb again, and again and again after that- as well as recommending her to every person I know. Those of you buying out of state- you are in good hands with Deb and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for everything Deb.
