I would recommend Sarita to any of my family and friends. She is responsive and always available to answer my questions. Sarita provides me with a list of resources and helps to arrange contractor appointments. This is so important when there is limited time. Most of all she is friendly and advocates for you without being pushy.

Sarita, is a friend of my wife , so when it came time to sell our house and needed to pick a realtor, we had to choose from many friends that are doing this. She is a very calm person which made this very hard processes a lot more manageable. We sold our house so easily , but it was a crazy market to buy a house,. Sarita always stayed calm and reassured us we would eventually get one. She had to work very hard taking us to many of houses , and of course many of unaccepted offers. She really tried to get us to the houses we liked right away. We feel that really helped in wining our house. We are so glad we used her and that its over. She helped us get a perfect home for us.
