I loved working with Amanda! She did an amazing job putting up with our crazy requirements for our house and keeping us sane through the stressful parts of the process. It was so much fun working with her. I already miss touring houses with her on Saturdays.

I am so glad my partner and I chose Amanda to help us buy our house! Two of the many traits that are truly outstanding are her communication and knowledge. Communication is huge for me, and Amanda is easy to reach throughout the home buying process. She goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop. She was so helpful with coordinating between me and the bank, contractors, inspectors, and the title company. Amanda is also very knowledgeable! I worked with two realtors before her, and neither of them were as hands-on. She really looks at the house with you, assessing any issues to keep in mind, and educating you along the way. Highly recommend!

"Amanda was awesome! We used her as our buyers agent to purchase a home in 2020 and now sell that same home in 2023. She was always prompt and guided us through the entire sales process from start-to-finish. She checked in with us frequently and responded immediately to our concerns and questions. She went to bat for us on several occasions and negotiated favorable outcomes. Additionally, her recommendations on contractors needed per the inspection report were all excellent. We highly recommend her!

We recently worked with Amanda to sell our house in SE PDX. It was our first home sale and we really needed someone to help guide us through the entire listing process and prepare us for an upcoming move. She was an amazing partner - patient, organized, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator. Her knowledge and experience in the Portland market really showed and we were extremely pleased with the result of the sale.
