Her knowledge and expertise in the intricacies of making offers and buying helped us get into the best position possible to purchase the house we love. I cannot say enough about Terrie! She works so hard to be with you every step of the way. We decided to purchase a new build home and there were so many different agreements and also processes that are not like buying a resale home. She was diligent in making sure that every document had our best interest and also pointed out some areas in which we did not realize might be an issue. I would highly recommend Terrie even if you are considering a new build home as she is an expert in what she does and it was so nice to have her support through the process. She is extremely reliable and always there when we needed her. We are proud to know her and now consider her a friend. Thank you, Terrie!

We had an outstanding experience with Terrie! From the very beginning, she showed immense dedication, compassion, and professionalism. One thing we truly appreciated was that she never pressured us, but at the same time, she was assertive in making offers on our behalf, which really paid off in the end. Thanks to her hard work and expertise (honestly, could not have done this without you), we found our DREAM home, and we couldn't be happier! Throughout the entire process, Terrie was exceptionally communicative and always kept us in the loop. Terrie Williams is an amazing realtor. She helped me buy my first home and helped me every step of the way. She was fantastic at helping me pick a great home and explaining all the details that go into buying a home. Would recommend her as a realtor to any new or experienced home buyers.
