Kat was such a pleasure to work with. We saw her listing and reached out directly to her as buyers. She was prompt, professional, and such a joy that we decided to ask her to dual represent in the transaction. We've done maybe 10 transactions as either seller or buyer, and Kat is only the second realtor whom I can honestly say I did not have to micromanage. Most realtors are just there to ride the real estate wave and earn their commission. Kat genuinely cares about the people she represents as people. I could tell she really cared about the seller of the house we bought.

She was understanding and resourceful , and always kept us informed on each step in the process. She helped me and my family understand our options that each difficult decision could present. I appreciated her objective perspectives and experiences and I feel this allowed me to make the best decisions for my family, and our family home. Katrina was a great choice to guide us through the purchase process. Very responsive to inquiries. She has great resources for lenders, inspectors and appraisers for a smooth transaction. She kept track of timing and kept us in the know at all times as to what our next steps were.
