Did not negotiate for us. Don't trust the reviews on her website. Never met with the builders for the final walk through and was not clear with us from the beginning. Would NOT recommend at all. Disappointed with the whole process.

Kristina Opsahl helped my husband and I sell 2 homes and buy our DREAM home! Each in tough markets!!! She is THE most hard working, available, knowledgable, even-keeled human I've worked with! ( A must when making such an important investment, often in stressful situations.) Cannot endorse her enough. If you are looking in the Portland Area, call her now!

Finding the right home is tough. Especially in the PDX market. Kristina Opsahl is everything you want in a realtor. She is always available. And having grown up in Portland, Kristina knows the city and its real estate like nobody else. She showed us several homes that were not yet on the market and promptly scheduled the inspection and contractors which gave us the info we needed to make a sound purchase, quickly, so we didn't miss the purchase window! AND SHE ARRANGED EVERYTHING--even things we hadn't considered (from foundation inspection, sewer inspection, radon, roof, oil tank location, etc). She is professional, reliable and rational--even when the emotional side of real estate rears its head! If you want want a home in Portland, you want Kristina Opsahl. I didn't know how necessary a fantastic a realtor could be. She is top notch. And we are THRILLED with our new home!
