Tricia listed and sold my fathers home in Albany, Oregon after he moved to Seattle to live with me. It wasnt feasible for my father or I to travel back to Albany during the pandemic, so Tricia really went above and beyond to help us sell the house remotely. She was both warm and professional from day one. She helped coordinate some exterior clean up work to create more curb appeal and worked with my dads existing decor to better stage the interior. She applied her expertise to determine a listing price and strategy that resulted in competing offers in less than a week. She was very communicative, so we always knew the current status. When the final inspection revealed an unexpected major repair was needed to the sump pump, Tricia also used her contacts to get a qualified contractor to address it quickly. After the house sold, my dad was having a difficult time finding a service or charity to take the furniture and household items he no longer needed. Tricia arranged to have all items picked up by the Union Gospel Mission and donated to victims of the wildfires in Oregon. My father and I were both so happy and grateful she not only took care of the daunting task of clearing the house, but found a way to help the community as well. I would be delighted to work with Tricia again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.
