I cant emphasize it enough, Kristine takes incredible care of her clients. My partner and I just bought our first home, and making such a big purchase (while incredibly exciting) is terrifying. Kristine guided us through a complicated sale of a property in probate. The transaction entailed heirs in three states, a reverse mortgage, and an amount due to the State of Oregon from a prior probate. Through it all Kristine was cheerful and professional.
