We worked with Matt Moran who helped us find an incredible first home! His knowledge of neighborhoods, of homes, of contractors, and of the process is unmatched and made an intimidating search feel doable! We had a lot of criteria and Matt worked closely with us to hone in on our spot. Our home is a light fixer and he's continued to be extremely helpful connecting us with contractors who also do incredible work. This is my second time working with Matt and will absolutely work with him a third given the opportunity!

Matt has helped us to purchase two homes now, and to sell one of them. He is impeccable. He has a wealth of knowledge about the industry, the market, and tactics/strategies to help us make the moves we want to make. He is a great communicator and collaborator, and he made himself very available to us throughout the process. We felt like we were his only clients, though I know he must be very busy. When we visited potential properties, he gave great advice on questions to ask and often researched topics that interested us. He helped us secure great deals in difficult markets. When we sold our home, he did everything possible to get us the best price. There's nothing he left undone - he took as much care as I think he would have if he were selling his own home. In every circumstance, when there was a door to knock on or a stone to turn, he was there before we could think to ask. And he was a great coach during tougher negotiations. Just the perfect guy to have on your side.

Matt recently help us sell our house, which listed days before Covid closed down all open houses. We were very nervous about if and how to continue on with the sale of our house or to pull it off the market. Matt's networking and marketing brought in a great buyer sooner that we could have imagined. His understanding and dynamic planning during these unprecedented market conditions helped keep us on course. Matt's network of nimble, dependable, and cost effective contractors helped us to quickly get all the jobs done in preparation for listing and also when we were in contract with the buyer. The overall orchestration and juggling of all the aspects required to bring this sale to better than expected result was no small feat, but he did it with a great attitude and level head. It's easy to look good when everything goes smoothly. You really get to see what someone is made of when you're met with unexpected challenges (like a pandemic!). Once we entered into contract with the buyer, there were complications which arose which could have jeopardized closing the deal. Matt handled each and every situation, literally within minutes by dropping everything and getting everyone back on the same page and satisfied. His communication with all parties (us, buyer's agent, buyer's lender, our lender) kept everything moving forward. Matt has now helped us sell 2 houses and buy one, and will soon be helping us buy another!
