Liza is everything you want in a realtor. She is extremely skilled in navigating a complicated and ever-shifting real estate market. She is excellent at hearing what you want and helping you prioritize your goals in the home buying process. Her negotiation skills are spot-on, and she works tirelessly throughout the entire home buying process. Not to mention, she is kind, funny, and knows the exact right ways to make you feel at ease through a very big decision. I've had the pleasure of working with her for two home purchases, and each of them had very different circumstances. She was a pro each time, helping us reach our home-buying goals with tons of support and, I'll be honest, relative ease! I am grateful to have her in my corner and continue to recommend her to our friends and family who are buying or selling.

As first time home buyers, Liza was an absolute dream to work with. She was so patient with our many questions, and guided us through the whole process - from setting up a home search all the way to the day we got the keys. In a crazy housing market, Liza wrote an amazing offer on our behalf and we got the first house we put an offer on. She also has referrals for just about everything, from mortgage brokers (who she was in communication with throughout the process) to radon company. After all I had heard about buying a house, I was incredibly surprised to be hardly stressed throughout the process - all because of Liza's hard work and dedication. Couldn't think of a better realtor to help you through the process!

Wow! So thankful for my referral to Liza. In a time with rising interest rates and few homes on the market, I found myself searching for a home while living out of state and Liza came through. She viewed many homes on video tour for me when I couldnt be there, maneuvered with experience during bidding escalations and gave timely, intuitive advice along the way. She worked to bring money back to my pocket during the buying process of my home to credit back on my roof that needed replaced. 10/10 recommend Liza.

Liza is the real estate agent you want in your corner. She was highly knowledgeable and readily available every step of the way, day or night. She has an eagle eye and was honest and direct in pointing out her concerns about the properties we toured. Liza has a wide network and was able to connect me with multiple subject matter experts to answer my many first time homebuyer questions and concerns. I was on a tight timeline because my landlord was selling and evicting. Liza was able to help me find a great house within 1 week of looking and we closed 3 weeks later. Liza goes above and beyond and she gets results for her clients.
