Ellie was great with us in buying our first home! We were not familiar with the region, city, or the home buying process. Ellie did a great job explaining the process, showing & telling us about the area, and making it an enjoyable time. She is very knowledgeable on points to look out for when buying a home (utilities, structural, overall condition, etc..). If she didn't know the answer, she knew someone who did and would get the answer for you. She was always on top of making sure the process was on schedule, when she was or was not available, and made the experience a pleasant one. I cannot say enough positive things about Ellie! Shes guided me through 3 transactions, from the purchase of my first home, to the sale of it, to buying a new home! What always impressed me the most is Ellies knowledge from the market, to lenders, to inspection. When I sold my house it was at a weird time, rates had just hiked again AND it was the middle of winter - probably the worst time - but her wisdom meant we were under contract for sale and purchase under the average market time! I cannot recommend Ellie enough, shes low pressure which in real estate is hard to come by, relentlessly kind, incredibly smart, and an overall stellar human! There is no one I trust more and shell have my business for life!

Buying my first home was absolutely the best experience I could have imagined because of Ellie. She made it special, disarming, and fun!! Ellie was the ally I needed in making one of the most important decisions of my life. She was an advocate, a friend, and a mentor. Outside of her knowledge and true expertise in her field, she is kind, funny, practical, and wise. She was always in touch with my lender, lined up the best inspector, and communicated with me frequently. With her support, I felt equipped and empowered to make the best housing decisions. Working with Ellie Gartland of Neighbors Realty was as good as a real estate purchase gets; she represented our interests as home buyers and helped us successfully purchase a charming property and a beautiful home for our family. Although she seems to work independently, she has a competent team that processes paperwork behind the scenes. She negotiated our sale agreement and managed the documents required to close successfully. She stayed in touch with our mortgage broker, and they worked tirelessly on our behalf and ensured the required disclosures were signed by all parties promptly. We're grateful.
